How to install cast iron square gate after purchase
1. Before installation of cast iron square gates, the adjacent screws between vertical and transverse frames, between gates and gates (referring to gates composed of multiple gates) should be searched for, whether they cause loosening during transportation, whether their joints are staggered teeth, and should be adjusted into a plane to check the gap between gates and slots, so as to ensure that the gap between gates and gates is not more than 0.08mm, if there is a gap. Remove tightly by adjusting. Tighten each adjacent bolt.
2. When the equipment is installed, the gate is erected with reserved groove, and the additive pad is raised on the bottom of the single vertical frame (it is strictly forbidden to pad the cross beam). The two vertical frames are stabilized by manual hoist and cable-stayed. The gate is straightened and leveled. Ground foot bolts are strung in the footholes of all places to adjust the position of the gate and support the template for the second-stage pouring.
3. When pouring concrete, the mortar flowing into the gate, the gate frame, the inclined iron and the baffle should be completely broken to prevent the slurry from affecting the gate opening and closing after solidification.
4. Root-breaking reinforcement. Before the gate leaves the factory, in order to make the gate plate and the gate frame close and compact, and to reduce the gap after installation, 4-6 closed and disassembled pressing iron are installed on the concave-convex frame of the gate over 2m. Face up to the fact that after the gap adjustment, the closed pressing iron is removed so as to open and close the gate.
